MATI – Northern Galilee Provides to the Entrepreneur and Business Owner:

Initial Professional Consultation

MATI's service begins with a personal meeting, one on one, between the entrepreneur and one of MATI's professional consultants. The purposes of the meeting:

• To examine business ideas.
• To examine the economic profitability of opening a business.
• To provide economic, managerial and marketing advice to the entrepreneur.

We guarantee that even in the first meeting, the client can get new tips for progressing in his or her business, and forward thinking.

Consultation, Guidance and Mentoring

Northern Galilee MATI sees tremendous importance in guiding businesses, and invests great efforts in developing a pool of consultants/mentors, to improve your business achievements. The character and period of time over which such guidance is provided is personally adapted to suit each individual entrepreneur.

• Mentoring Project – A project of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, it provides 75% subsidies for consultation hours. The service is designed for owners of small- and medium-sized businesses.

• Tourism Incubator – The Center for Mentoring and Consulting in Tourism (called the Tourism Incubator) works in cooperation with the Authority for Developing the Galilee, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Tourism. It provides owners and entrepreneurs of tourism businesses with: business mentoring, consultation, direction and guidance in planning and establishing new tourism businesses as well as assistance to existing ones. The consultation includes an initial program; advice concerning real estate and property; economic, operating and marketing guidance, etc. The program provides subsidies of 75% to entrepreneurs initiating new tourism businesses, and owners of existing tourism businesses.

Northern Galilee MATI invites you to utilize its business information services. With the help of these services, you can receive Israeli marketing surveys concerning various fields of enterprise, business profiles in various fields, and basic data for those who want to establish a business. The information is provided for a fee.

Preparing a Business Plan

Preparing a business plan is one of the most important stages in establishing a new business: writing the business plan enables an examination of economic profitability and business feasibility. The plan is your calling card for potential investors, banks, financing institutions and funds, and any other interested party.
The plan enables you to examine the advantages and disadvantages of the business, determine levels of financing necessary, raise capital, receive credit and/or add a partner in order to establish the business.
The business plan is prepared by MATI's staff economists.

Obtaining Financing for Establishing or Expanding a Business

We at MATI help you to choose the financing source, from among the funds available for small and medium sized business, banks or other sources, that fits your needs. Furthermore, we help you put together a comfortable financing package, and create the business plan required for receiving financing.
